Camila Alves won’t have sex with Matthew McConaughey for more than a month after giving birth
Friday, January 29th, 2010Little Vida Alves McConaughey is so adorable – more than worth forgoing sex for more than a month.
Camila Alives, the longtime girlfriend of Matthew McConaughey, told StyleList.com that in keeping with a Brazilian tradition, she’s not putting out for 40 days after giving birth to the couple’s daughter.
“Where I come from [Brazil], we believe in something we call a 40-day break after the baby,” she told the Web site. “You have to let your body do its own thing. You give it time to recover and let everything settle down.
“In a way, it is nice. There is not so much pressure. You kind of respect all the hard work your body has just done and give it a break. For these 40 days you really take it easy.”
